For Myles, launching the platform is just the beginning of his innovation journey, as he continues to identify and address the industry’s challenges. His latest focus is on streamlining the process of finding and ordering parts, making it faster and simpler for any user.
Testing features with partners such as British Airways, it was identified that the real-world process of searching, buying and shipping parts can be hugely frustrating and incredibly time-consuming. It also varied from airline to airline, or even from one team member to another.
To break through these challenges, Spaero has developed a revolutionary email-to-RFQ feature (eRFQ) – a simple, intuitive solution to streamline the ordering process. Instead of spending time navigating a complex interface, users can now send a request for quote (RFQ) via email, bypassing the hassle of traditional workflows.
Thanks to Spaero’s cutting-edge AI technology, the system instantly understands the request, matches available parts or repair options and responds with a tailored list of solutions. Users can then quickly confirm their order – no fuss, no delay.
