Email-to-RFQ is a feature reserved for end users, to save time from logging into the Spaero portal to send an RFQ. Simply email rfq@spaero.co.uk, and the request will automatically be parsed through your account – note, you need to have an active Spaero account, and email from a verified user email address to use this service.

Buyers input their requested part numbers (or email us, it’s much easier for you), the RFQ is sent to all parties who list the part number. Suppliers respond with their bid, which are then received, reviewed, and compared by you, the buyer. Purchases can be finalised securely within the platform.
